Most often insurance companies will reimburse you for out-of-pocket cost, minus any co-pays or co-insurances as required by your insurance plan. You will need to call the number listed on your insurance card and inquire if they provide any reimbursements for out of network providers. I can provide any needed invoices for you to submit to your insurance company.

Accepted payments are currently check and credit card. 

***For a short time, I can offer a sliding scale option if you are unable to pay above fees or do not have insurance to cover costs.
